certified teachers
The Mixed Method is a Pilates Instructorship program offering a mix of classical Pilates techniques and disciplines with a contemporary and modern approach to instruction and methodology. In other words: You’ll learn the indispensable, foundational basics of Pilates instructing, as well as how to incorporate those basics into a teaching style that is fun, creative, safe and straightforward.
Who is eligible to become a Mixed Method instructor?
The Mixed Method welcomes instructor trainees from all walks of fitness instruction experience (and those without it!). If you’ve been trained in any kind of fitness instruction, whether it’s yoga, barre, boxing, or any other kind of fitness method, you’re welcome to our training program.
The most important thing, regardless of your educational background, is that you have a fundamental understanding of Pilates. We recommend you acquire this understanding by attending at least 20 Pilates classes at a certified Pilates studio.
